Who reads EvacPrep
EvacPrep readers don't wait for the emergency. Some live alone. Many are protecting a family. All of them take that job seriously and act on it before anything happens. They come here to check live conditions, read the daily situation report, and work through practical guides on power, water, food, fuel and communications.
- They want to know first. They follow the live map and the daily report for the newest official data on weather, wildfires, earthquakes, power outages and disasters.
- They plan and practice. They build supplies, write household plans and run drills, so they're ready long before they need to be.
- They can move fast. Go-bags packed, vehicles ready, evacuation routes and meeting spots known.
- They're at home on or off the grid. Many run generators, solar and battery power, store water and food, and know how to cook, light and heat a home without utilities.
- They live outdoors. Hunting, camping, hiking and fishing are part of life for many of them.
- They buy gear that works. Generators, power stations and solar panels; radios, mesh devices and satellite messengers; water filters and food storage; outdoor gear, tools, and the newest technology that keeps them informed and self-reliant.
If your product or service helps people stay informed, prepared or self-reliant, these are your customers.

Each ad is a short card: your name, a headline, one line of text, an optional small logo and one link. It's labeled "Sponsored".
How it works
- Tell us which spots and dates you want.
- Your ad switches on by itself on the start date and off on the end date.
- We send you how many times it was seen and clicked. We count without cookies and without tracking people.
Pricing: introductory rates while we grow. Tell us your budget and dates and we'll reply with a quote.
What we accept
Preparedness products and food storage; power, solar and generators; radios and communications tech; outdoor, camping, hiking and hunting gear (apparel, optics, packs, knives and tools); gun safes and gun locks; home and safety services (generator installers, roofers, tree services, insurance); local businesses; and anything that helps people get ready and stay self-reliant.
We don't accept: firearms, ammunition or gun accessories (gun safes and locks are welcome), political ads, fear-based offers, get-rich or debt offers, or products that conflict with our safety advice (for example, indoor use of outdoor fuel-burning equipment). Ads never appear inside warnings, alerts or safety boxes, and they don't change what our guides recommend.
